Clear expectations from quote to delivery.

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Marquee Promos website and describe general terms that may apply to quotes, artwork, promotional product orders, production, and delivery.

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, requesting a quote, approving artwork, placing an order, or otherwise purchasing products or services from Marquee Promos, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to your interaction or transaction.

Additional terms included in a quote, order acknowledgment, invoice, proof, supplier requirement, or written project communication may also apply.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, images, specifications, decoration options, availability, and pricing.

Promotional products are supplied by third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Product specifications, colors, materials, dimensions, packaging, inventory, decoration capabilities, and availability may change without notice.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may include assumptions regarding quantity, product color, decoration, artwork, shipping destination, production method, and delivery schedule.

Pricing may change due to supplier price changes, inventory changes, freight costs, tariff or import costs, decoration requirements, artwork changes, quantity changes, rush requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.

A quote does not guarantee inventory or production capacity unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Minimum Quantities

Minimum order quantities vary by product, supplier, decoration method, and production process.

Where available, less-than-minimum orders may be subject to additional charges or limitations.

Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing artwork that is suitable for the requested decoration method. Vector artwork is generally preferred for decorated promotional products.

Artwork cleanup, conversion, recreation, special typesetting, or other artwork services may result in additional charges when required.

Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting a logo, trademark, artwork, photograph, slogan, design, or other material, you represent that you own the material or otherwise have the legal right and authorization necessary for Marquee Promos and its production partners to use it for the requested project.

You agree not to submit material that infringes the intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights of another party.

Marquee Promos may decline projects or artwork that we reasonably believe cannot lawfully or appropriately be produced.

Artwork Proofs and Approval

Decorated orders generally require artwork approval before production. Digital proofs are intended to show approximate artwork placement, size, layout, imprint information, and other production details.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs before approval, including spelling, punctuation, artwork, logo placement, imprint colors, product information, and other details.

Once a proof has been approved, changes may delay production or result in additional charges. Marquee Promos is not responsible for errors that were visible on an approved proof.

Color Matching and Product Variation

Computer screens, digital proofs, photographs, and printed catalogs may not reproduce colors exactly.

Pantone or PMS matching may be available for certain products and decoration methods but is not available in every situation. Slight variations may occur due to materials, ink, production process, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and other factors.

Product colors may also vary slightly between production runs.

Production Times

Production times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Production generally begins only after all required approvals, artwork, payment arrangements, and other necessary information have been completed.

Weekends, holidays, supplier closures, artwork delays, inventory changes, shipping delays, and events outside reasonable control may affect production schedules.

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for certain products and may involve additional charges.

Rush availability depends on inventory, artwork, decoration, quantity, supplier capacity, shipping destination, and other project requirements.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are based on available carrier information and are subject to change.

Freight costs may vary based on package dimensions, weight, quantity, shipping method, destination, carrier rates, fuel surcharges, split shipments, and other factors.

Carrier transit times are generally estimates. Marquee Promos cannot guarantee the performance of third-party shipping carriers or be responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, carrier errors, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Dates

Customers should provide any required event date or in-hands date before ordering.

We will make reasonable efforts to recommend products and production schedules that fit the requested timeline, but a requested date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Cancellations and Changes

Because promotional products are often customized specifically for each customer, cancellation or modification may not be possible once artwork, production, purchasing, decoration, or other work has begun.

Customers may be responsible for costs already incurred, including artwork, setup, product, production, shipping, restocking, cancellation, or other supplier charges.

Customized Products and Returns

Custom-decorated and personalized products generally cannot be returned because they were produced specifically for the customer.

If you believe an order is defective, damaged, materially different from the approved order, or otherwise incorrect, contact Marquee Promos promptly after delivery so the issue can be reviewed.

Do not discard products, packaging, shipping materials, or cartons associated with a claimed defect or shipping issue until instructed to do so, as photographs or inspection may be required.

Overruns and Underruns

Certain manufacturing and decoration processes may result in reasonable quantity overruns or underruns. This is common within the promotional products industry.

When applicable, customers may be invoiced for the actual quantity produced and shipped in accordance with supplier production tolerances.

Samples

Product samples may be available depending on the supplier and product. Charges may apply for the sample, decoration, freight, or related services.

Sample policies and return requirements vary by supplier.

Promotional products may be manufactured, decorated, fulfilled, or transported by third-party suppliers and service providers.

While Marquee Promos works to coordinate projects responsibly, certain aspects of manufacturing, inventory, carrier operations, and supplier performance are outside our direct control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marquee Promos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, product availability, supplier performance, shipping delays, loss of business opportunities, or other matters related to a transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Force Majeure

Marquee Promos will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, supply shortages, government actions, utility failures, epidemics, wars, civil disturbances, or similar events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

Marquee Promos may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
